All Levels Yoga

Saturdays 8:15-9:30am 

Come breathe, stretch, move, balance and explore in a  safe manner that honors each student's capabilities — from newcomer to  advanced yogi. This all levels class is based on yoga therapy, where  bodies, minds, hearts and spirits can be healed and enriched.  Flexibility not required!

Yoga for Backs, Bones and Balance

Mondays and Fridays 8:15-9:15am (in-person and online)

Numerous studies have proven yoga’s effectiveness for  strengthening and supporting your back. Keep moving freely, safely and  comfortably.  Improve your posture, reduce pain and increase your  flexibility, adapting postures to your body's needs. This is an all  levels therapeutic class.

Yoga with Weights

Mondays 7-8:00am (in person)

Mondays and Fridays 9:30-10:30am (in-person and online)

These more advanced and fast-paced classes build  strength, flexibility, balance, tone and health. They are unique and  fun, set to a motivating play list, and use light hand weights and barre  (or chair) work to build strength and bones.

SeniorFit

Fridays 11:00-11:45am

A 45-minute class for active older adults, designed to increase cardio  endurance, muscular strength, balance, and agility. The class is set to  lively music with plenty of friendly fun.

Private Session Yoga

Need private instruction? Or a customized group class as part of your wedding or retreat?

Private (individual), semi-private (2-4 students), or group sessions are available, for beginners to advanced students. A private class is helpful for those who wish to deepen their practice and knowledge, or to therapeutically address body challenges or needs.
